Science for all, all for science

Happy 1st graphene day!

How would you celebrate a day dedicated to graphene reseearch? A nice short video on graphene-related research conducted at ICN2 will do the job!

Find me in the video at minute 1:27 !

Science from the scientist point of view

I am one of the scientists interviewed in the video “Would you enjoy a career in Science?“,  a series of short films introducing people to the real life of scientists working in the field of nanoscience and nanotechnology. These films are part of the outreach activity of the NanoTP COST project and are aimed at final year high school students and undergraduates. They cover different aspects of the life of a scientists: preparing papers, securing funding, international collaborations, living in many different countries and, last but not least, combining career and family life.

Interviews to eminent scientists

In the course of the Nano2Hybrids project I had the honor and the pleasure of interviewing eminent scientists, such as Prof. Mildred Dresselhaus and Dr. Annick Loiseau. We spoke about science ‘beyond the scenes’, how did they become interested in physics and how this passion has marked their lives.
More videos on my scientific activity during the Nano2Hybrids projects are collected here.

Here are the link to the interviews.
